In Next Level the duo plays with our appetite for games with still life compositions, pastel colours, slow motion and obsession for detail; their work is entirely orchestrated to catch our hungry gaze for a treasure of ideas. They welcome the new year with metaphoric visuals that represent endings and starts of the past and the new year. Beauty and ugliness, true and false, last and new, regrets and resolutions, time passes. With the development of video, they awake consciousness and induce surprise close to aesthetic pleasure.
